Today I would like to offer you my idea of making frame with hearts.
You need:
• wooden picture - frame,
• PVA glue,
• acrylic paints,
• textured paper of different colors,
• motley napkins,
• brush
• beads.

The work process:
1. Frame. Take simple wooden frame, glue and napkins. Moisten brush in glue and apply a layer to frame. Then paste up the frame with motley napkins and smooth it out. Then apply new layer and paste up napkins again. The more napkins' layers you'll paste up the better it is. Ok, now let frame dry out not less than 1 day.
2. Making Frame. Take textured paper of different colors and just cut out hearts of various sizes. Then attach the biggest heart to rectangular base and after it just paste up the rest of the hearts one on another.
3. Decorating Frame. You can paint the frame with acrylic paints, decorate with beads, etc.
