Food takes a very important place in our life. It makes us healthier and stronger and it can also damage our health. Its effect totally depends on the way we eat and on the quantity and quality of what we eat and when we do that. Some people keep on diets; others always consider bad and good, useful and useless products they buy.
As for me, I see food as a main source of energy and high spirit. Look, when you want something and you eat it you feel happy, but if you are hungry and say "No, I shouldn't eat this or that", you feel a little bit sad and dissatisfied.
Thus, to make your life happier and to get more pleasant moments, to be kind, you should just eat what you want and whenever you want it: salty, sweet, sour, hot… only your organism really knows what it needs for the moment and signals you about it, so you'd better listen to it carefully!
