Mother's Day is the time to congratulate your mother. Usually women like to take flowers as a gift. Give your mother flowers in vase on a handmade postcard. Make it yourself. So, you will need construction paper, velour construction paper, an album sheet or cardboard, scissors, a paint-brush, old postcards and foil.

1. Cut flowers from old postcards or draw them yourself. Compose a bunch from the cut flowers and select a shape of the vase (see at the pics on the right).

2. The background, where the vase with flowers will be placed, should be goldish. For this purpose take foil, cut it according to the postcard shape and glue the foil.

3. Glue a line of paper to make a volumetric postcard. Then glue the next line to fasten flowers (see at the pic).

4. Begin to fasten flowers from the most remote and upper flowers. I used velour construction paper for stalks. To make grass I use green construction paper.
