Summary of the idea/dream: Here are some ideas of fasting diets that are very good for health and weight loss!
Fasting diets are good when low calories diet is not effective enough. They stimulate metabolism and promote spending of organism's own fat. Remember that it's better to have fasting days when you don't work. It's recommended to have fasting diets 1-2 times per week. You can alternate them. Here some ideas of diets that you can use:

Curd diet

Variant 1. Eat 100 gram fresh fat-free curd (it's better home made) with wheat food bran (1-2 teaspoons). Just steam bran in boiling water in advance and pour out it after 20-30 minutes. Curd is good with honey, fruits, berries and vegetables. You can drink kefir (clabber, baked milk) or brier hips decoction for breakfast and supper in addition to curd.

Variant 2. Eat 60 gram 9 percent fat curd and drink 1 glass milk five times a day.

Variant 3. Eat 500 gram low fat curd and drink 2 glasses kefir five times a day.

Vegetable diet

Here you should take 1.2-1.8 kg vegetables (beside potato), prepare from them
