Summary of the idea/dream: High Fibre Diet Ideas
Have you ever dreamt of an ideal diet without any side effects? I have! I've found out there is the one that is called F-Plan. It's very effective because you can lose 1-1.5 kg a week. Moreover this high fiber diet is easy to bear and it reduces the risk of intestines cancer by 40 %.

For the first time the high fiber diet was proposed by British physiologist Audrey Eyton in 1982. Very soon this nutrition system got the popular paramilitary name - F-Plan (from English word 'fiber' that means cellulose or dietary fiber).

The gist of the diet

Firstly, you have to chew food rich in fiber thoroughly and while you're chewing corresponding brain centers get a signal of food and return it back to a stomach before you have time to stuff it. Secondly, alimentary fibers inflate in the stomach and increase satiety. So you have not the ghost of a chance to overeat. Thirdly, fiber goes through digestive system almost undigested that is your organism assimilates less calories.
