I just hate my neighbours. They are ordinary students, spending days on boring lectures and partying out all through the nights. Their parties usually start at 10pm and end in the early morning. They listen to loud booming and watch stupid youth comedy movies, not giving a damn that their noise bothers several adjacent appartments.
My dream is inventing a special remote control, universal and extra-powerful, that would allow decreasing their volume, switching off their boomboxes and in some emergency cases leeching the electricity of their entire appartment. This device would emit electromagnetic waves of such intensity so they would penetrate walls and switch off even the devices not compatible with remote controls.
Such a device could be useful for more peaceful needs as well
