Summary of the idea/dream: A special idea for a holiday- wine and jelly in one meal!
This time I'd like to offer you one really exotic idea. I want to tell you how to make a jelly of wine and kiwi!
Such dessert will be good for any holiday- for family meeting, romantic evening, or just for a friends party.
Ingredients:
250 ml white dry wine
2 lemons
5 tablespoons sugar
20 g gelatin
4 kiwis
1 glass cream
1 tablespoon coconut coir
Put the gelatin into water for a half of an hour till it gets pellucid. Then take it out and put on the sieve. Boil the wine lemon juice, and 5 tablespoons of sugar, and when the sugar dissolves, cool the mixture off. Melt the gelatin and add some part of wine syrup constantly mixing. Than add the rest of syrup.
Peel the kiwis, slice them, and put into 4 small glass bowls. Pour some jelly on it, and keep it in the refrigerator for 10 min. Add the rest part of jelly and cool the mass off for 3 hours.
Whip the cream with sugar and cover jelly with it.
Strew the coconut coir on the jelly before serving.
