In one of the most beautiful African countries, in Ethiopia, chicken stewed in the onion sauce with very spicy and aromatic pepper berber is the traditional national dish. If you cannot find this berber pepper, you can take curry instead of it. The taste will be different but still delicious. The chicken is divided into 12 parts in Ethiopia but you can just buy separate chicken parts. Fry chicken parts in the vegetable oil and then put in the pot to stew.
Mince 3-4 onions and add to the chicken. I would like to note that Ethiopians use small violet onion to prepare this dish. Then put 1 tablespoon berber into the pot.
