The main rules: you can drink water as much as you want. Each time you are having meal you should eat the big portion of salad - you can prepare it from celery, lettuce, cucumbers, paprika, apple slices, beans, tomatoes. Prepare the dressing from 1 tablespoon yoghurt, lemon juice, vinegar and spices. While keeping this diet you will not fell hunger as it contains saturating products. But remember that penalty sanctions will be applied to you if you deviate from this diet.
Breakfast: (alternate those variants):
1. 1 slice of bread with bran smeared with butter, 1 banana, 1 apple, several grapes.
2. 1 boiled egg, 1 slice bread with bran, 1 glass yogurt.
3. 2 slices rye bread, 1 small banana, 1 teaspoon honey.
4. 2 dried white flat cakes, glass of milk or orange juice, 1 apple.
Dinner: cook 200 gram unpeeled potato and eat it with one of these variants:
1. small portion chopped cabbage
2. 100 gram cheese
3. 50 gram low fat finely chopped ham or chicken
4. 2 tablespoons
