Cut bread so that to get slices of 90 degrees angle. Put lettuce on them. Then you will need sausage of two sorts - boiled and any smoked, for instance salami. Make little hollows on boiled sausage around the periphery. Slice sausages and shape them on bread as if leaves of oyster. In the middle put boiled egg (the less the better).
