Summary of the idea/dream: Spring is the best time to eat more vegetarian food!
It's good to eat meat fat food in winter when our organisms need more energy. It's better to eat more vitaminous food in spring, that's why I'd like to recommend you to eat more vegetarian dishes in spring. And I have several ideas to suggest you

Beans with nuts You need 500 g peeled walnuts, 1 onion, pepper, salt, parsley, 1 glass beans, 2 tbsp olive oil.
Soak beans in the cold water for 6-8 hours, then pour the water of and then add cold water and boil. Add chopped and fried in the olive oil onion to beans and bring to a boil. Chop walnuts, add them to beans, put some salt, pepper and mix. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Blackberry Soup You need 1 glass blackberry, 1 glass water, 2 and 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp starch, 4 tbsp curd, 2 eggs, 1 tsp flour, salt.
Wash blackberries, mash with the wooden spoon and squeeze the juice. Pour squeezing with hot water and boil. Strain the broth and boil with sugar. Add there starch, dissolved in cold
