Summary of the idea/dream: Spring is soon and it's time to think about our perfect figure, dear ladies. I have one wonderful idea how to get in shape. This one of the most popular diets - Grapefruit diet.
Grapefruit has high dietary and medicinal qualities. It improves appetite, helps to normalize digestion processes and decreases functional liver's disorder, decreases blood pressure, helps to recover when you are tired.

Grapefruits contain 90 percent water, 4-7 percent sugar, 1-2 percent organic acids, pectic substances. 100 gram grapefruit's' juice contains 45 milligram vitamin C, and vitamins B, D, P.

Grapefruit is rich in cellulose, it contains antioxidants - vitamin C and A. It is in the group of vegetables and fruits that reduce the risk of cancer diseases and cardiovascular system diseases.

Grapefruits' pulp can be white, pink and red. When choosing grapefruits in shop pay attention to appearance and weight - fruits should seem "heavy" for their size. If their peel is little bit green it doesn't mean that grapefruits are not good to eat. Fruits should have proper shape and be consistent by touch. It's better to keep them when the temperature is F 50-57.
