Summary of the idea/dream: Have no time to cook breakfast? Or all usual meals have palled on? Then this idea is for you! 

Recently I have found the solution of a problem making me nervous for the last time. I was so tired of all usual meals I had for breakfast!!! I wondered if there are any new solutions and I have found some!
Carrot salad
To do it you will need
3 carrots,
5-6 leaves of Chinese cabbage,
half of lemon,
2 tea-spoons of sultana,
2 tea-spoons of fried sunflower seeds, and
leaves of mint or rosemary for decoration.
First, you should scrub the carrot, cut it on thin slices and put to a bowl. Then you scald sultana and add it with sunflower seeds to the bowl. After peeling the lemon, cut the rind and mix it with the carrot. Squeeze juice from the lemon pulp and pour the salad. Wash salad leaves and put on the dish. Then put the carrot mass on the leaves and decorate with mint.
Breakfast for champion
1 glass of porridge,
100 g of fresh or frozen strawberry,
grated cinnamon,
1 banana,
1 tea-spoon of comb-honey
Wash strawberry and cut it by quarters. Then peel
