Summary of the idea/dream: Easter cake is an inevitable attribute of great holiday Easter. It's placed in the center of the table, together with colored eggs. Recipes of it are different, but the result is similar. So, let me give u my idea of baking Easter cake.
Traditionally, for Easter people color eggs and bake cakes. By the way, Easter cake should be preferably baked by your own hands, rather than bought. No doubt, recipes of Easter cakes are different, so let me add my recipe to this variety.
The ingredients:
6 glasses flour
1 1/2 glasses milk
30 g yeast
1 glass sugar
4 eggs
1/2 glass melted butter
1 glass sultana raisin
1 teaspoon salt
fragrant flavouring
Make sponge from 1 1/2 glasses of milk, 3 glasses of flour and yeast. Put it in a warm place. Grind 2 egg yolks with 1 glass of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt and fragrant flavourings (vanilla, cardamom, rose oil). When the sponge is raised, add ground egg yolks, whip 2 other eggs, pour ½ glass of lightly warmed-up melted butter, put 3 glasses of flour, avoiding too thick dough.
Thoroughly make dough, pour into it 1 glass of sultana raisin.
