Summary of the idea/dream: Of course, public online blogs and journals are a good way to keep record of your thoughts, feelings, ideas and memories, but I can think of another special funny way of gaining some vital feedback from yourself. Just try it and you'll see it works great!
feedback from yourself only in several days, plus you should not save the sent messages. You know, sometimes we just cannot realize, to remember what gnawed at our hearts when we were feeling down and what the true reasons of our non-constructive behavior were when we were experiencing an emotional affect. On the other hand the things that brought us delight and happiness may also be forgotten.
So in order to provide ourselves with all feedback necessary for cognizing the internal world of ourselves better, this way finding out the motives we had and keeping the track of our mood shifts.
What do you think about this kinda crazy idea of mine?
