Summary of the idea/dream: Dry jam from plums! original and tasty dessert!
Have you ever tried to cook dry jam?! If not, don't delay and make this original dessert at least once in your life! In my turn, I will give you the recipe of dry jam from plums!
Take 1 kg plums, 3-4 glasses of sugar, 2 glasses of water.
Scald fresh plums by boiling water, then wash in cold water. Prick each plum in several places, pour over by sugar, put on ice or into refrigerator for 6-8 hours. After it boil plums in syrup for 20-30 minutes, leave them in the syrup for another 6-8 hours and boil till readiness. Don't boil plums soft. Put plums on baking tray and dry out in warm oven, cover by syrup, pour over by sugar and put the tray under the sun, to better dry out...
