that I have been using for a long time.
You can eat everything but you should limit the amount of caloric food. Organize your eating list which will include, for exam, "Meat Day", "Fish Day", "Milk Day" and so on. It will depend on your fantasy. During your "Meat Day" or "Fish Day" try to eat less meat but more salads. Add a little amount of plant oils to salads. Eat little but often and you will see that this diet will work!
