Don't over eat or you'll gain a lot of weight. Even if you have a fast metabolism it is still bad to over eat. Sometimes if you over eat you fell like you can't move. One time I was at a resturant and I over ate and I could I didn't feel like moving. I ended up having a hard time walking to my mom's car. Over eatting is a sin. That means if you over eat you'll go to hell.
