Summary of the idea/dream: Dishes for a picnic should be easy, not to waste all your time cooking, but at the same time tasty, to enjoy the party to the full. So, I think my recipes are quite suitable fot it!
The spring is at hand! Hurrah! I adore this wonderful season! Now I am waiting for the first warm days to go outdoors with my friends and arrange picnic at some picturesque place!
You know, when we arrange picnics I value when we cook something delicious to enjoy the party to the full. This time we are going to cook beefsteak with rosemary and potato with sauce.
I want to share the recipes with you, may be when making up your mind to go to picnics, these recipes would be just to the point for you!
So, to make beefsteak with rosemary, take 2 beefsteaks of 4sm width, some fresh sprigs of rosemary, black pepper and 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Marinade meat with rosemary sprigs, ground black pepper and olive oil for a night. Then, when you are at picnic, grill beefsteaks from both sides for 10-12 minutes with strong fire.
While someone is grilling beefsteaks, other can start cooking potato with sauce.
Take: 8 not big potatoes, caraway, 150 ml sour cream, 50 g Roquefort cheese, 1
