Summary of the idea/dream: Ideas of desserts with red wine
I want to suggest you several ideas of desserts to cheer up you in this cold and rainy season. Red wine especially good to prepare desserts, so here two recipes with it. Enjoy!
Mandarins in Red Wine
You'll need 1.10 pounds mandarins, 0.13 gallon red wine, 0.05 gallon cold water, 0.88 sugar powder, two cinnamon sticks and 1 vanilla pod.
Peel mandarins and place them in a large bowl. Pour them over with the boiling water and let stay 2 minutes, after that wash them with cold water. Remove as many white membranes as you can, try to keep mandarins whole.
Slowly bring to a boil the red wine, water and sugar in a large pot. Add cinnamon sticks and vanilla, mix until all sugar will dissolve. Boil for 15 minutes until the liquid decrease twice. Low the heat, add mandarins and cool. Serve with the whipped cream.

And for this fantastic dessert you will need: 0.16 gallon red wine, 0.04 gallon cranberry juice, peel and juice of 1 orange,
