vanillin, heat peaches in this syrup until soften. Chill. Leave several raspberries for decorating, blend other raspberries and mix with sugar powder. Put half of the raspberry puree on the plates, and put peaches halves above. Whip cream, mix with the remaining raspberry puree and put on peaches. Decorate with raspberries and mint leaves.

And the last one is Fruit Delicacy. Ingredients: 4 yolks, 3/4 glass sugar, 4 glasses milk, 1 2/3 glass coconut milk, 1 tbsp gelatin, fruits (mango, kiwi, oranges). For the syrup: 1 glass sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence. Whisk yolks with sugar. Combine warm milk with the whisked yolks and cook over the double boiler, stirring until thickens. Remove from the heat, add coconut milk.
Soak gelatin in 1/4 glass cold water, then dissolve over the double boiler, add there the milk mixture, put in the special cup and chill. To prepare the syrup, heat sugar until light brown, gradually add glass water, dissolve sugar in it. Add one more glass hot water
