Summary of the idea/dream: Depression is a part of our life that relentlessly traces us, waiting for a suitable moment to seize our inner world. Sometimes it succeeds in its malicious striving, but we are always able to beat it and eventually gain the victory!
Unfortunately, depression is an inevitable part of our life. There are not people on our planet that would be lucky to avoid this dark and oppressing feeling. The only difference is that some of us fall into depression oftener than others. It depends on our temperament, our social position, our private life, and many other factors.
I think you are aware that depression has harmful impact on our organism. So, if you realized that it's starting or already has overwhelmed you, make steps towards escaping from it! I am ready to share ideas to smother its malicious influence!

1. Take a knock-out dose of natural antidepressants. They are bananas, macaroni, apple pie. These products contain amino acid tryptophan, that after getting to our organism turn into serotonin - the hormone of good mood. It reduces tension and arouses feeling of satisfaction.
