Chocolate with Eggs
Ingredients:
Brandy 20 milliliters
Rum 20 milliliters
Egg Yolk 1
chocolate Syrup 20 milliliter
Whipped Cream 10 milliliter
Cacao Powder 1 pinch
Instructions:
Shake all the liquid components except cream in a shaker. Pour the mass into a special plate for cream or ice cream. Put the whipped cream on the mass and sprinkle it with cacao powder or grated chocolate.

Mousse Made from Dark Chocolate
Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 200 gram
Egg Yolks 5
Vanilla Sugar 1/2 table spoon
Strong Coffee 1 table spoon
Fat Cream 120 milliliters
Strong Brandy, liquor, rum 1 table spoon
Melt the chocolate in water bath. Whip the yolks, little by little add melted chocolate there. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar. Add it to the chocolate mass and then add some alcohol. Put it in a cold place.
