Summary of the idea/dream: Make a surprise for your mom on Mother's day! Bake a delicious cake for her!
Mother's Day is around the corner! I hope you already prepared a present. But besides you may please your mom by baking a cake for her! Agree? So, write down the recipe!
Ingredients:
Sponge-cake:
60 g sugar
2 finely crumbed crackers
1 lemon grated peel
150 g ground almond
3 eggs
Filling:
350 g fig
1 egg
10 g gelatine
1 little packet of vanilla sugar
50 g sugar
2 tbsp cherry liquor
500 g fat curd
6 tbsp orange juice
500 ml cream
3 maracuyas
2 tbsp sugar powder
Directions:
Mix egg yolks with sugar, add crumbed crackers, peel and almond. Finally combine with whipped white of eggs. Bake for 25 minutes in a greased mould, sized 26 cm in diameter, at the temperature 175 ‘C.
Cut fig. Combine 1 egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp of liquor and curd. Dissolve 8 g of gelatine in 4 tbsp of orange juice, add it to the curd mass. The got cream is cooled off and added with whipped cream.
Pour 1 tbsp of liquor onto the sponge-cake and put fig
