I continue to share my culinary ruses on this site. Read my tips. They will help you to keep vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and berries properly and cook dishes from them in the best way.
1) If you want to boil potatoes very fast, put a table spoon of margarine into water.
2) If you are going to cook fritters with grated potatoes, add some hot milk so that grated potatoes mass won't become dark .
3) If slightly frozen potatoes have a bad taste, put it into cold water for a minute. Then boil it in boiling water, add a tea spoon of salt and a tea spoon of vinegar.
4) The salad with radish will have better taste if you dress it with fried in oil onion.
5) If cauliflower put into slightly acidulous (with citric acid or vinegar) water before cooking and boil without cover, cauliflower will stay white.
6) It would be better to stew cauliflower in milk.
7) Tomato juice in an open jar will not get musty if you salt it and add a bit of oil.
