Summary of the idea/dream: Use cream to decorate your cake! Here some ideas and tips.
Who said that you can't color cream? Several drops of food dye of different colors and your cake will become a masterpiece! For example, white and yellow camomiles on the green field, or the little ship from cookies sails on cream sea.

One more idea to add some cacao. Build a cake in the form of a mountain, smear it with cream. Place the half ruinous castle from biscuits cuttings. And the last touch - sprinkle the cake with cacao powder. Let the castle be mysterious and dark.

Cream is very "capricious" to work with, that's why you should know several rules:

- cream should be very cold (not less then 24 hours in a fridge)
- it's necessary to chill bowl and whisks, you can just put them on ice
- add 1 tbsp sugar powder and 1 tsp starch for 200 g cream
- whisk slowly, gradually adding speed

Cream is a perfect decoration for any cake, it will make a cake look more festive and unusual!
