First of all, choose a place, preferably crowded, where the action will start. It can be even your office or the hall of the company. Make your choice keeping in mind that you should be somewhere near to see everything, otherwise there will be no sense in it.

Take a penny, you can also take any banknote, but the coin is preferable. Smear glue on one of its sides and stick it to the floor where people can see it.

Now you have to wait, watch people trying to pick up the coin, and have fun!
