Summary of the idea/dream: Beauty often brings cruel sufferings but I've got a recipe how to fight feet soreness wearing pinky-toed shoes....
There's hardly a girl who doesn't like to shop. Many sacrifice comfort to look great and in most cases pain and stress. Look at your feet in pointy-toed shoes. The toes may feel cramped and crushed, but damn, you want to look great! But don't worry, girls, I have got some advice to help you look great and relieve your pain. Buy pointy-toed shoes a half size bigger and insert self-adhesive pads into the shoe under where your toes would sit. A toe pad takes up space, forcing your foot out of pinching toe box and back toward the heel. Once you take off your shoes, add a few tablespoons of Epsom salts (bitter English salt for relaxation) to a shallow tub of warm water. Soak your feet for 20 min and it will increase circulation throughout cramped vessels and nerves and draw fluid to out of swollen tissues. After elevating your feet to reduce swelling, lightly roll a tennis ball under the balls of your feet for a few minute. The massage can help relieve soreness and put you in good spirits
