I tried this diet and I should say that it really worth to try. I lost 8 kilograms, I weighted 68 before, and after this diet my weight was 60, now I dream to weight 55.
What you should eat:
Day 1. Wheat! Put 180 gram wheat in 3/4 liter water and cook 20 minutes over the low heat.
Breakfast - porridge, saccharin, 1/2 glass milk.
Dinner - spring onions, 1 glass vegetable bouillon, porridge.
Supper - porridge, yogurt (125 gram), saccharin, cinnamon.
Day 2. Millet! Put 180 gram millet in 3/4 liter water and bring to a boil and cook over the low heat for 30 minutes.
Breakfast - 1/2 glass warm milk, porridge, saccharin.
Dinner - 1 glass vegetable bouillon, porridge.
Supper - 1 grated apple, lemon juice, saccharin.
Day 3. Oat! Put 178 gram oat in 3/4 liter water and cook for 10 minutes over the low heat.
Breakfast - 1/2 glass milk, porridge, saccharin.
Dinner - 1 glass vegetable bouillon, porridge, garlic, parsley.
Supper - 80 gram curd, 3 tablespoons milk, 1
