Summary of the idea/dream: My favorite food outdoors is shashlik, so I want to give you a good recipes of it!
Hurrah! It's spring! Grass is already green, the sun is shining and warming us! Nature is reviving and calls us to enjoy its beauty! So, gather with your friends and go ahead - arrange a picnic! As for me, I like when we eat shashlik outdoors, so I want to give you a good recipe of it! Take:
1 kg mutton
4 kidneys
2 onions
200 g spring onions and parsley
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 lemon
Wash mutton, cut off tendons, make little notches so that during chargrilling it won't shrink and cut into pieces. Then wash kidneys and cut in half.
Put meat and kidneys in a bowl, then salt, pepper and pour them with finely cut onion, parsley, sprinkle with vinegar and lemon juice. Leave for 2-3 hours for pickling.
Before chargrilling, each piece of mutton put on spit, adding from both sides pieces of kidneys. Put ready shashlik on a plate with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with spring onions and parsley.
