3. Appetizing sausages. Take 4 sausages, 700 g tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 tbsp chopped basil, 1 bunch parsley, 8 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp wine vinegar, ground black pepper, salt.

Cut tomatoes in 4 parts, dice onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and oil for the marinade. Combine tomatoes, onion, basil with the part of the marinade and leave for 30 minutes. Fry sausages on grill, pour them with the marinade. Prepare the salad from tomatoes and greens and serve sausages with it.
