Why is it impossible to make toilet bowls for full-bodied people? Why the going to the bathroom has to give a lot of discomfort, much more than to others?

It would be possible to make it so that full-bodied people could feel comfortably themselves on wider toilet bowls. I'm not full-bodied person, but I have full-bodied friends, who come to me and I would be really glad if I have such special toilet bowl that would has customizable seat: and for slims and for full-bodied.

That is crying injustice, I think.
