You know, dear Dreamscaters, I like coffee, but most of all I like to add various ingridients to coffee: ice cream, alcohol, lemon juice and so on, in this case coffee becomes really delicious!
So, I'd like to share one of such recipes. To cook a coffee, called "Astoria", you will need: 1 part of strong coffee, 2 parts of milk, 1/2 part of orange juice, 1/2 part of lemon juice, chocolate scobs. Whip all ingridients and pieces of ice in electric mixer (for half of a minute at the maximum speed). Serve in big glasses, decorated with chocolate scrobs. Before serving you may also add a drop of fruit liquor.
