Now, when St. Valentine's Day is so close we begin to think about presents and surprises for our beloveds, and no doubt about arranging a romantic dinner…
In fact, we have a wide choice what to serve for this dinner… And I'd like just to add recipes of some nice cocktails… Hope you will like them!

"Love on snow"
For its preparing you will need: 40 ml of liquor, 20 ml of vodka and cream. For decoration: strawberry syrup, grapes, cherry, lemon slices and a cocktail umbrella.
Pour vodka and liquor into a glass, and cover it by whipped cream. Sprinkle the cream with syrup and decorate.

"Affinity"
You will need: 30 ml of liquor, 30 ml of rum, 20 ml of peach liquor, 30 ml of cranberry juice, 10 ml of orange juice, ice. For decoration: a little bunch of grapes, cherry, a lemon slice and a cocktail umbrella.
All ingredients should be mixed in a shaker with ice. Put ice (large pieces) into a prepared glass, decorated by sugar rim, and fill it with cocktail, pouring through
