I'd like to suggest you very simple but interesting cocktail recipe.

Take a big empty mug and pour cold beer into it, so it is half-filled now. Then pour fresh apple juice till the edges of the mug. The cocktail is ready.
Taste it and may be you can suggest how we would name it?
