Summary of the idea/dream: Cool cocktail from the Mexican cuisine!
Hi! It's me again and I want to give you one more idea to prepare amazing dish from the Mexican cuisine. This is quite exotic cocktail and probably not everybody will like its specific taste.
So, you will need 1 onion, red chili pepper, 3 tablespoons coriander, 0.44 pounds tinned tomatoes, olive oil, lime juice, tequila (Mexican cactus vodka), 16 big peeled shrimps, 1 avocado, lettuce leaves, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Chop onion and chili, put in blender together with coriander and tomatoes and blend for 30 seconds. Pour this mixture in the pot, bring to a boil and stew for 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Let the sauce cool.
Heat the olive oil in the pan, add tequila, lime juice and shrimps and cook for 2 minutes until shrimps become ready and pink.
Chop avocado, finely chop lettuce leaves and arrange in tall wine glass like this: 1 layer - sauce, 2 layer- avocado, 3rd- shrimps.
Serve with the sour cream and tortilla chips. Enjoy this Mexican
