Summary of the idea/dream: Is it so much fun to give an enema? This fun joke has been imagined for the medical workers and easily can be used for the 1 April fool's day trick.
This is a very foolish trick for the Fools Day, you or your friend must be quate crazy to do it, but the result is worthy of it.
A nurse has to give an enema to the patient. Before this our "patient" takes water in his mouth. Then he comes in, lies on the couch, nurse sticks a clyster pipe with a disgust in the appropriate place, press it …. And the "patient" responds with a fountain from his mouth!
They both will remember this trick for a long time!
