Summary of the idea/dream: Tunics and mantles for Olympic Games...
My idea is to make special clothes for Olympic Games. As we know, Olympic Games originate from Greece therefore I would like that all the Olympic Games competitors were dressed in ancient Greek clothes.
Ancient Greek clothes were made from thin wool, flax, hempen and silk. The main cloth for Greeks was a tunic. It covered the whole body and a body wrapped in the tunic from right side. Tunics pined together on shoulders and were tied by belts around waist or hips, they hang down loosely along the whole body. Young people usually wore short tunics but old people and women wore long tunics. Usually old men wore also long mantles. They wore mantles with or without tunics. Women's tunics wrapped around a body some times and also wore with or without mantles. Greek clothes were with complicated woven and embroidered pattern along the edges. Greek clothes were very complicated but at the same time they were very beautiful! Greeks knew how to sew sleeves and trousers but they considered
