I want to offer you a great idea concerning chocolate usage in cookery. You can cook it very quickly. My recipe is called "Chocolate Sausages".
Ingredients:
200 gram not salty butter
1 glass sugar
1 Egg
3 table spoons milk
2 table spoons cacao
250 gram biscuit
Instructions:
1. Pound granulated sugar carefully with eggs till the white foamy mass about 10 minutes. Add cacao, pour milk and mix carefully.
2. Put the mass on the middle fire and boil it, mix continuously. Then add 1 table spoon liqueur, e. g., raspberry Chambord.
3. Cool the mass till 40-45 degrees. Add pounded biscuits, mix carefully. Add chopped walnuts or candied peels.
4. Let the mass cool a bit, then put the mass on a thick foil sheet and roll carefully (it should be 5 centimeters in thickness). Put into a refrigerator.
It will be better if you use a good liqueur (Chambord - favorite) without walnuts or candied peel. If a sausage starts to lose its form (may be it was formed too
