Ingredients:
Dark Chocolate 500 gram
Roasted Nuts, Filberts and etc. - 250 gram
To stick the parts together:
Dark Chocolate 60 gram
To decorate:
Brazil Walnut or Almond 1
Sugar Powder 2 tea spoons
Prepare a special surface to make "Firry Branches". It is very important to have flat surface, the branch shouldn't bend. For this purpose wrap the baking form with foil paper. Write 9 crosses on the foil, the distance between each crosses must be about 2.5 centimeters. The height of crosses must be: 7, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 centimeters. Prepare a pasteboard circle 20 centimeter in diameter wrapped with foil paper for a base of the tree. Put there the cross 18 centimeters length. To make the crosses (the branches of the tree), break the chocolate in small pieces and put them in water bath. When the chocolate melts completely and becomes flat, take it away from water
