Ingredients:
3 glasses Milk
4 table spoons Wheat Flour
4 table spoons Grated Chocolate
4 table spoons Sugar
1 table spoon Butter
6 Eggs
Instructions:
The grated chocolate and the flour mix with the butter and dilute it with warm milk. Put a pot with the mass on fire, mix continuously. The mass should solidify. Put the pot away from the gas, cool it, add egg yolks, add 1 tea spoon sugar and whipped egg-whites. Mix everything very carefully, put it in an oiled baking form and bake in the oven for 20 minutes in the middle fire. Serve the chocolate aspic with cream.
