I want to share a very romantic recipe. It is very delicious and refined. You need 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, 2 chocolate shells, 1/2 cup raspberry sauce and 1 cup cream.

Wash and cut raspberries. Fill Chocolate Shell half way with the cream (you can make a chocolate shell by coating the outside of a small round cup with melted chocolate - put in freezer for 30 minutes and then fill the cup with warm water to remove the shell). Then place strawberries on top and put some raspberry sauce over top and on plate. Decorate the top with a cream and mint leaf.

Oh, I forget to write how to prepare a raspberry sauce…So here it is, you need 1cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed, with juices 1/2 cup sugar. Mix raspberries with juices and sugar until smooth. Transfer mixture to sieve set over bowl; press to extract as much liquid as possible.

You can be sure that your beloved will be on cloud nine when taste it!
