There is a great Chocolate - Almond Desert. Try it and I am sure you will like it.

Ingredients:
Chocolate 200 gram
Roasted Almond 200 gram
Sugar Powder 150 gram
Eggs 2
Brandy 50 milliliters

To decorate:
Coco powder 50 gram
Tinned Cherries

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in water bath, mix it and add grinding almonds and sugar powder. Beat an egg a bit and mix it with the chocolate mass, then pour the brandy very carefully. Mix everything very carefully and leave to cool it till the room temperature. Form balls by using a tea spoon. Froth the whites of the eggs, dip every ball in the whites of the eggs and then dip them in coco powder. Put the balls into a desert plate and decorated every ball with a tinned cherry. Put the desert plate into a freezer for some hours.
