Have an idea for the office!
I offer to organize a special day at the office when all the clerks take their children (if there are such) to the job with themselves. First, a child will be able to understand where his mother/father is lost for the whole day and with what she/he is occupied there and second, each your colleagues that has no children will be able to see how it is to be a parent, to nurse somebody's child and even may be to fill yourself a parent.
And the last plus of child's day in office is that everybody will have a great fun! You can buy cakes and candies. Decorate the rooms with balloons and organize some games to play together with children and thus spending at least some hours together.
It will be a kind of a compensation for a lack of time you devote to your child.
