Home-made brandy is a sweet alcoholic drink. It contains of 28-48 percents of sugar and 18-20 percents of alcohol. Home-made fruit brandies serve up with sweet dishes and confectionery.
Cherry Brandy
Wash very ripe cherries with cold water. Put cherries into a large bottle with a wide neck. Add sugar and mix everything. Close up the bottle with a butter-paper or rag and put it in the sun. In some days cherries will give some juice. You should shake up the bottle time to time. When the juice appear and the juice melts sugar, add some vodka to cover all berries. Put the bottle at a cold place for a month. Then you should filter, bottle and plug up the bottles. In 3-4 months you can serve up your home-made cherry brandy.
