Summary of the idea/dream: Cheese is a very tasteful product and needs due storage.
It often happens that products get out of order... and we have to throw them away. In many cases it's our fault, because we are not able to keep them in the right way. So, this category, where we are able to exchange tips of food storage, is very useful one.
Today I would like to tell you about tips of cheese storage.
So, cheese, left in paper, gets dry in refrigerator. Make use of polyethlene film.
Keep cheese in the frig in the most distant place from deep-freezer. The optimal temperature of storage is 5-8 degrees Celsius.
Cheese won't get dry if you put a piece of sugar near it and cover with a lid.
Hard cheese is kept for 7-10 days, soft one - for 2-3 days.
Parched cheese can be again made soft and fresh, if you keep it in milk for some time.
If you want to make brynza less salted, put its not big pieces into boiling water or milk of room temperature for about 12 hours.
