Summary of the idea/dream: I want to give a recipe of charlotte! It's nice to cook for any holiday or party!
I don't know whether it's good or bad to be a sweet tooth, but I am. So, any my holiday or party is accompanied by a sweet,whether it be cake, pie, or candies.
One of recipes I want to share with you, it's called charlotte with red bilberries. Recommend you to cook it for a party and treat your guests to it! I may assure you - they will be really pleased!
So, its ingredients:
400 g red bilberries
16 g gelatine
400g sponge biscuit
2 tbsp sugar
4 egg yolks
½ orange grated peel
200 g dry white wine
600 g thick cream
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Get gelatine wet in cold boiled water.
Whip egg yolks, sugar and peel in water bath, gradually adding wine, till appearing thick cream. Add squeezed gelatine and go on whipping the stuff, till gelatine is melted. Cool off the cream, stirring, then combine with 50 g whipped cream and red bilberries, and mix.
Oil a mould, put biscuit and then the stuff into it.
Cool off the charlotte not less than 3 hours.
