Summary of the idea/dream: My idea is to use cereals as often as possible, coz they are rich in dietary fibers and stop at last eating fast food!
As is known, our vital activity, our state of mind and body in general depends on the foods we consume. So, most of our diseases are caused by wrong food. It's the fact, known almost by all… But what to do if all products, sold in supermarkets nowadays, are made with preservatives and other harmful additions?! I thought about it for some time, coz anyway we cannot exclude all the products, made with additions, but instead, we can eat in greater quantity those foods, that are really wholesome for your body.
So, to feel more vigorous, to stimulate mental work you should eat food, rich in dietary fibers - it's dishes on basis of cereals. Using muesli and similar food for food is a simple method to decrease tiredness and be in a good state! Moreover, cereals have a wholesome effect on digestive system. Eating cereals doesn't require monetary expenses, but will help you be healthy! They are not very tasty, but it's not so important factor when we speak about health, so, hope you change
