I like to make jam! Of course, the process takes a lot of time, but then I have nice dessert to pamper my family and guests with! Now, after I tried to cook various kinds of jam, I am collecting recipes of original ones! One of them I want to share with you, and strongly recommend you to make it! So, take:
1 kg carrot
1 kg sugar
1 lemon

Wash out carrot, boil it, peel, cut in some nice way and pour over by sugar. Take off the lemon's peel and scald it. Then cut the peel and boil for 1 hour in sugared water (till softness). Put sliced lemon's pulp and boiled lemon peel in ready carrot. Boil this stuff until the syrup is thick and carrot is transparent.
