Summary of the idea/dream: Every holiday with a cake!
I am fond of baking cakes! It gives me pleasure! And all my family member are sincerely glad to this my liking! They are fong of "consuming" these cakes!
All holidays are accompanied by a delicious cake! So, I know heaps of recipes! And one of them want to share with you! The cake is called "Boomerang".
Its ingridients: 150 g flour, 2 teaspoons dry yeast, 125 g butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons finely cut coconuts, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, 200 g sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons milk, 1/2 vanilla little packet, pinch of salt.
Filling: 1 glass sugar powder, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 teaspoon ground coffee, 1 tablespoon finely cut coconuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Directions: Combine butter, coconuts, sugar and vanilla sugar. Still stirring, add eggs, then - flour, dry yeast, salt and finally pour milk. Oil the form, put the batter in it and bake for 40-45 min. with the mean temperature.
